Want to improve the health of your diet?  Begin by altering just one meal a day.

Want a daily meditation practice?  Sit silently for one full minute and grow from there.

Want an on-going exercise program?  Take a short walk and increase the distance each day.

The thought of change can be overwhelming, but it needn’t be.

Take the Keys for Healing as an example – you don’t need to start using all of them at once.  Choose one or two and go with it.   And even then, start slowly.   If you do, you will more than likely stay with it.

Any step you take toward a more vibrant well being is a step in the right direction.
