Breathe Deeply
Laugh Heartily
Thump your thymus
Meditate – automatilcally raises your vibration to its naturally higher state
Bend and stretch
Listen to up-beat music
Dwell on a Warm Fuzzie
Shadow box
Give for no reason
Eat Healthily
Shake your hands
Roll your shoulders
Hug someone
Take a shower
Walk barefoot on the sand or grass
Feel gratitude
March in place
Do jumping jacks

Have fun combing these. For instance, I just spent 10 seconds wildly shaking my hands and flapping my arms like a chicken as I took several deep, cleansing breaths.  Awesome!

Think Positive –  When you change your thoughts, you change your vibration.  Quite simply:

Positive Thoughts = Higher Vibration

Negative Thoughts= Lower Vibration
